SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (July 27, 2005) - Universal Accounting Center (UAC), the nations leader in accounting and tax training has hired Alex Mckinley as a Public Relations Manager and Mike Rigby as a Web Programmer.
Mckinley will expand UAC's recognition and influence throughout the nation and beyond. He will also handle all news announcements, media relations and create relationships within the accounting and education industries.
Prior to joining UAC Mckinley worked as a marketing assistant with Utah based Cogent Works Inc where he increased sales by over 10%. He has been integral in the growth of endurance sports in the state of Utah by creating awareness of the Desert Sharks Triathlon Club, Salt Lake City Track Club and the Transition Tri Club.
Mckinley graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Mass Communications.
Rigby will assist in the development and programming of UAC's many web sites including www.universalaccounting.com and www.accounting-and-bookkeeping-tips.com.
Previous to his employment with UAC Rigby worked for AMI Semiconductor in Idaho where he was a programmer.
Rigby graduated from Idaho State University in 2004 earning a Bachelors of Science in Computer Software Engineering Technology.
