SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (November 9, 2005) - The Universal Accounting, creator of the Accounting and Bookkeeping Tips e-zine reaching over 20,000 readers, has released Universal Tax Tips, a weekly e-zine assisting freelance tax preparers in practice management.
